Application and evidence boundary: These examples describe candidate packaging applications. They do not constitute product certification, regulatory approval, medical suitability, food-contact approval, guaranteed performance or automatic suitability for a regulated use. Final material, construction, dimensions, performance criteria, test scope and supporting documents must be confirmed for the exact order, intended application, destination market and current requirements.
| Material Option | Material Profile | Application Review |
|---|---|---|
| LDPE | Flexible polyethylene option commonly selected for clear, resealable and printed bag constructions. | Dimensions, thickness, closure, additives and any food-contact requirements must be confirmed for the finished specification. |
| LLDPE | Flexible polyethylene option used where elongation, impact resistance or puncture performance is a priority. | Suitable for consideration in logistics, industrial and heavy-duty packaging after load and puncture requirements are reviewed. |
| HDPE | Higher-stiffness polyethylene option with a different clarity, feel and mechanical profile from LDPE and LLDPE. | Material compatibility, thickness, seal construction and packed-product requirements must be reviewed by application. |
| PP / OPP | Polypropylene-based options offering application-dependent stiffness, clarity, surface feel and printing characteristics. | Sealing range, temperature resistance and food-contact suitability depend on the exact structure and supporting evidence. |
| PE + PP | A project-specific combination of polyethylene and polypropylene components or layers. | The complete material structure, layer arrangement, closure, sealing method and intended use must be defined in the approved specification. |
| CPE | Soft-touch film option commonly evaluated for frosted, apparel and presentation-oriented packaging. | Anti-static, restricted-substance or other functional performance requires a defined formulation and applicable test method. |
| Recycled-Content Materials | Recycled-content formulations may be developed for selected products when appearance, odor, strength and regulatory requirements allow. | Recycled-content percentage, source, traceability and any certification claim must be confirmed for the exact order. |
| Mono-PE | Mono-material polyethylene constructions may support recyclability where compatible with the complete package and local recycling system. | Zippers, adhesives, inks, additives, labels and regional collection requirements must be included in any recyclability assessment. |
| Other Formulations | Additional materials, blends and functional formulations may be evaluated for technically suitable projects. | Availability and performance are confirmed only after the complete construction, application and documentation requirements have been reviewed. |
Material declarations, management-system certificates and applicable laboratory reports are reviewed against the selected material, additives, colorants, printing system, closure and finished construction. A document for one material or tested sample does not automatically cover every custom product.

Order-specific material options may include LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, OPP, CPE, recycled-content materials and other technically suitable formulations. Buyers may also specify dimensions, single-layer thickness, closure construction, color, printing, ventilation, packing and other performance requirements. Final feasibility depends on the complete construction and intended application.
Published manufacturing ranges are reference capabilities rather than universal specifications. A target thickness tolerance such as ±5% may be reviewed for eligible constructions. Printing of up to 8 colors may also be available. The applicable nominal gauge, tolerance, sampling method, printing process, color count, coverage and registration requirements must be confirmed in the approved specification.
MOQ and production lead time depend on the selected material, construction, dimensions, thickness, printing, order quantity, sampling requirements and current production schedule. The confirmed production period begins after the applicable specification, artwork, sample and commercial terms have been approved. International transit time is quoted separately.
Buyers should verify the legal applicant, tested sample, material grade, additives, colorants, printing system, intended conditions of use, report date and validity period. Each declaration or test report should be matched to the approved finished-product specification and production entity. A resin-level or representative-sample report does not automatically cover every custom construction.
